The Water and Sewer Bond Ordinance passed August 24, 1959 and the Water and Sewer Bond Ordinance passed October 4, 1965, which provides for the issuance of bonds relating to the combined water and sewer system, are hereby adopted and incorporated into this code, the same as if set out in full herein. Copies shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer and shall be available for public inspection during normal business hours.
