§ 38.20 FACILITIES AND STAFF.
   Within the limits of the funds appropriated by the County of Fleming, the City of Flemingsburg and the City of Ewing in the annual budget, the County of Fleming, the City of Flemingsburg and the City of Ewing shall provide the Board of Ethics, either directly or by contract or agreement, with the facilities, materials, supplies and staff needed for the conduct of its business. Initially the County of Fleming shall provide five hundred dollars ($500.00) to the Board of Ethics, the City of Flemingsburg shall provide five hundred dollars ($500.00) to the Board of Ethics and the City of Ewing shall provide two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) to the Board of Ethics. Thereafter, all general operating expenses necessary and reasonable, shall be shared by the County of Fleming at 47.5% of cost, the City of Flemingsburg at 47.5% of cost and the City of Ewing at 5% of cost. If any complaint is filed against any official or employee of the respective governmental entities, which requires extraordinary expenses beyond the routine matters, then the respective governmental entity shall be responsible for all reasonable and necessary cost involved with carrying on the investigation, including but not limited to processing the complaint, cost of having hearings, attorney fees and recording fees. It shall be the responsibility of the Board of Ethics to make arrangements for the keeping of records and designating where those records shall be maintained.
