The appointment to any office or position of employment with the County of Fleming, the City of Flemingsburg and the City of Ewing shall not be prohibited by reason of the familial relationship of the applicant and any elected or appointed city official unless otherwise prohibited by a federal, state or local constitution, statute, ordinance, regulation, judicial decree or other law.
