§ 38.12 WHO MUST FILE.
   The following Officers of County of Fleming, the City of Flemingsburg or the City of Ewing shall file an annual statement of financial interests with the Board of Ethics:
   (A)   Elected local government officials.
   (B)   Candidates for elected local government office.
