§ 118.06 INSPECTIONS AND INVESTIGATIONS.
   (A)   The Flemingsburg Police Department and/or the Flemingsburg Code Enforcement Officer may conduct announced or unannounced inspections and investigations to determine the licensee’s compliance with KRS Chapter 218B, 915 KAR Chapter 1, this chapter and compliance with the International Building Code.
   (B)   These inspections and investigations shall occur during regular working hours and at other reasonable times.
