No officer or employee of the County of Fleming, the City of Flemingsburg or the City of Ewing or an agency thereof shall directly or through others undertake, execute, hold, or enjoy, in whole or in part, any contract made, entered into, awarded, or granted by the respective local governments in violation of the Kentucky Revised Statutes.
