(A) A licensee for distilled spirits, wine or malt beverages by the drink shall be permitted to sell or dispense distilled spirits, wine and/or malt beverages between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and until 12:00 a.m. (midnight) on each day of the week, except Sunday.
(B) A licensee authorized to sell distilled spirits and wine or malt beverage by the drink may sell between the hours of 1:00 p.m. on Sunday until 9:00 p.m. on Sunday if licensee has a special Sunday retail drink license.
(C) Retail package distilled spirits and wine sales and package malt beverage sales shall be permitted from 6:00 a.m. until 12:00 a.m. (midnight) each day of the week, except that such package sales shall not be permitted during the hours of 12:01 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, or between the hours of 9:00 p.m. on Sunday and 6:00 a.m. on Monday.
(D) A licensee may remain open from 12:00 a.m. (midnight) until 1:00 a.m. on January 1 of each year. If New Year's Eve falls on a Saturday, the licensee must have a special Sunday sales retail sales licenses to remain open until 1:00 a.m. on Sunday January 1. If New Year's Eve falls on a Sunday, a licensee authorized to sell distilled spirits and wine or malt beverage by the drink may sell between the hours of 1:00 p.m. on Sunday until 1:00 a.m. on Monday if licensee has a special Sunday retail drink license.
(E) A licensee may sell on all election days between the hours of 6:00 a.m. until 12:00 a.m. (midnight).
