Violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a violation by the parent, guardian or person having legal custody, punishable under KRS 530.070, unlawful transaction with a minor, by a fine of no less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and no more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), and incarceration up to twelve (12) months per violation.
