Pursuant to KRS 198B.060(11), the city shall contract with one or more certified electrical inspectors to inspect all new and old replaced wiring and the installation of electrical wiring, appliances, apparatus and devices to assure that installation is performed in accordance with the State Building Codes. As part of the contract the certified electrical inspector shall comply with all State Building Code requirements, all conditions of the contract, and all applicable, state and federal laws and regulation.
