§ 150.35 ELECTRICAL PERMITS REQUIRED.

In the City of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, an installer of electrical services, new or replaced, electrical wiring, appliances, apparatus and devices shall apply to the Flemingsburg Mayor's Office to get a permit to install the needed electrical services or appliance. Permits shall be issued on an annual basis. The Flemingsburg City Clerk shall be responsible for issuing said permit and collecting the fee as set by the Flemingsburg City Council.
