(A) It shall be the duty and purpose of the Flemingsburg/Fleming County Economic Development Commission to promote, solicit, maintain, and assist economic development in the city and Fleming County, Kentucky.
(B) The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the city an interlocal agreement with the County of Fleming establishing the Flemingsburg/Fleming County Economic Development Commission.
(C) The Commission shall operate in accordance with the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the city and the County of Fleming for establishing the Flemingsburg/Fleming County Economic Development Commission. The Interlocal Cooperation Agreement is hereby adopted by reference and made a part hereof as though fully set out herein.
