Pursuant to KRS Chapter 65 there is hereby created a joint commission known as the Flemingsburg/Fleming County Economic Development Commission composed of nine (9) voting members determined as follows:
(A) The Fleming County Judge/Executive.
(B) The Mayor.
(C) A member of the Fleming County Fiscal Court to be recommended by the County Judge/Executive and approved by the Fleming County Fiscal Court.
(D) A member of the Flemingsburg City Council to be recommended by the Mayor and approved by the Flemingsburg City Council.
(E) The Treasurer of Fleming County.
(F) The Treasurer of the City of Flemingsburg.
(G) A member of the Flemingsburg/Fleming County Industrial Authority appointed by the County Judge/Executive with the approval of the Fleming County Fiscal Court.
(H) A member of the Flemingsburg/Fleming County Industrial Authority appointed by the Mayor of the City of Flemingsburg with the approval of the Flemingsburg City Council.
(I) The serving President of the Fleming County Chamber of Commerce, which member is to be jointly appointed each year by the Mayor of the City and the County Judge/Executive of the County, with approval by the two (2) respective legislative bodies.
