§ 35.76 VOLUNTEER FIRE CHIEF.
   (A)   The position of Volunteer Fire Chief is hereby established.
   (B)   The Fire Chief shall be elected by the members of the Volunteer Fire Department with the approval of the Mayor and City Council.
   (C)   The Volunteer Fire Department shall operate pursuant to rules and regulations promulgated by the Volunteer Fire Department and approved by the Mayor and City Council.
