§ 90.32 REMOVAL OF ANIMAL EXCREMENT.
   No person shall allow an animal of any kind which is under his or her control to be upon public property, a public roadway, public parking area, or upon the private property of another, unless such person has some device for the removal and containment of the animal's excrement; nor shall any such owner or animal control person fail to remove from such public or private property any and all excrement deposited by such animal under his or her control, absent the express consent of the owner or legal occupant of the property. This section shall apply to any horse, cow, goat, or sheep, and any and all other livestock or pet excrement.
