§ 35.49 COMMISSION TO OPERATE IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATUTORY PROVISIONS.

All other details of the Planning Commission operations which are necessary for the establishment and administration of the Commission, for the preparation of plans, and for the aids to help implement the plans, shall be as described in KRS Chapter 100.
