§ 73.06 RIDING ON SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   No person shall ride a bicycle upon a sidewalk in the business district as herein defined. However, persons may dismount and walk their bicycles on the sidewalk in the business district. The BUSINESS DISTRICT, for the purposes of this subchapter, shall be that area zoned C1, Central Commercial District.
   (B)   Whenever any person is riding upon a sidewalk in a location other than the business district, such person shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian and shall give audible signal or call before overtaking and passing such pedestrian.
   (C)   Wherever the city has provided sidewalks and bituminous ramps adjacent to the streets for the accommodation of bicycle riders, such sidewalks and ramps shall be regarded as usable paths except within the business districts as stated in division (A) above.
