§ 70.10 APPLICATIONS TO ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORT.
   Any person propelling a pushcart, bicycle, moped, motorcycle, animal, animal-drawn vehicle, or any conveyance in the city shall be subject to the provisions of this traffic code except those provisions with reference to equipment of vehicles and which, by their nature, can have no application.
