§ 70.04 DUTY OF POLICE TO INVESTIGATE ACCIDENTS.
   (A)   Immediately upon the report of any accident, officers shall have the duty of investigating such accident in accordance with the policy set by law enforcement.
   (B)   Any report filed shall be kept on file and available for inspection by the parties or duly authorized representatives.
