§ 52.56 TRUNK SEWER APPROVAL.
   All applications hereunder shall be submitted to the Utility Superintendent at the regular meeting following the filing of such application with the Superintendent of the Water and Wastewater Department, and no connection of any trunk sewer shall be made with the municipal sewer system until the same has been approved by the Utility Superintendent.
