On a corner lot in any zoning district, excluding the C1 District, no planting, structure, or obstruction to vision between the range of three and eight feet in height measured from the center line of the road shall be placed or maintained within the triangular area formed by the intersection road right-of-way lines and a straight line connecting points on said road right-of-way line, each of which is 50 feet distance from the point of intersection.
