The following uses and structures shall be permitted in the I, Industrial District:
(A) Horticulture and the raising of field crops;
(B) On-site signs;
(C) Utility substations;
(D) Motor freight terminals, garaging, and equipment maintenance;
(E) Contract construction services;
(F) Storage plants, lumber yards, distributing stations, and warehouses;
(G) Light assembly work, machine shops doing assembling or shaping, and light cutting and sampling;
(H) Woodworking shops or plants; and
(I) Any industrial use, other than those permitted by conditional use, which can meet the performance standards listed in § 155.140.
