§ 155.055 PERMITTED USES.

   The following uses and structures shall be permitted in the R1, Single-Family Residential District:

   (A)   Site-built, single-family dwellings;

   (B)   Modular homes;

   (C)   Public parks and recreation areas;

   (D)   Real estate signs advertising the real estate for sale on which located. Signs are not to be larger than three feet by four feet and not to remain longer than two weeks following the closing of sale or such longer period as the Board of Adjustment may permit;

   (E)   Churches and parish houses; and

   (F)   Public and private schools.
