§ 33.40 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the term MEDICAL STAFF shall be interpreted to include all physicians, surgeons, and dentists who are privileged to attend patients in the hospital. Flandreau Municipal Hospital shall have an open staff.
