§ 33.09 FINANCES.
   (A)   The Hospital Administrator shall collect all funds and revenues derived from the operation of such hospital. A record of all such funds and revenues shall be submitted to the City Finance Officer monthly.

   (B)   The Board of Trustees and City Council shall approve all expenses for operation of the hospital. All warrants and payment for such expenses shall be drawn on the Hospital Fund.
