(A) Streets shall intersect as nearly as possible at right angles, and no intersection shall be at an angle of less than 70 degrees.
(B) Road curb intersections shall be rounded by a radius of at least 13 feet on minor streets and 20 feet on collector streets. When the smallest angle of the street intersection is less than 90 degrees, the City Council may require curb radii of greater length.
(C) No lot or other parcel of land which abuts on and has access to either a collector or a minor street shall have a service drive, curb cut, or other means of access to an arterial street within 100 feet of the right-of-way or any street which intersects such arterial street on the side on which such lot or parcel is located.
(D) Street jogs with centerline offsets of less than 125 feet shall not be made.
