§ 33.06 REMOVAL AND VACANCY OF MEMBERS.
   The Mayor shall subject any member of the Hospital Board of Trustees to removal by the majority vote of the City Council after recommendation of removal. In the event of vacancy in the membership of said Board of Trustees caused by death, resignation, or removal, members to fill such vacancies shall be made by appointment by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council at a meeting of said Council.
