§ 33.04 COMPOSITION AND APPOINTMENT.
   The Board of Trustees provided for by this subchapter shall be composed of five members, all of whom are duly qualified residents in the city for a period of not less than three years prior to date of appointment. No person employed at the Flandreau Municipal Hospital or members of the employee’s immediate family shall be eligible for appointment to said Board of Trustees. The Mayor, with the consent of the City Council, shall appoint members of the Board of Trustees.
