§ 33.03 MEETINGS.
   The Board of Trustees shall hold regular monthly meetings at a time and place to be established by the Board. Advance written notice shall be given to all Board members and Council liaison members. The Chairperson of the Board may call special meetings at any time by giving 24 hours’ advance written notice to all other members of the Board including the Council liaison members. A quorum shall consist of three members of the Board of Trustees.
