§ 153.05 FUNDING.
   (A)   The operation of the Flandreau Municipal Airport shall be funded principally through revenues from payments derived from lease of airport land, hangar rentals, and from other services that may be provided from time to time.
   (B)   Supplement funding may be authorized from time to time at the discretion of the Council.
