§ 153.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BOARD. The Airport Board appointed by the Mayor of the City of Flandreau, with the consent of the Flandreau City Council.
   CITY. The City of Flandreau, Moody County, South Dakota.
   COUNCIL. The City Council for the City of Flandreau.
   DEPARTMENT. Utilities and Public Works Department, City of Flandreau.
   MANAGER. The Airport Manager.
   TENANT. Any customer leasing or renting hangar space from the City of Flandreau or any customer who has built a hangar or hangars on Flandreau Municipal Airport property.
