§ 152.38 STREET SUPERINTENDENT.
   It is the duty of the Street Superintendent to coordinate, under the direction and control of the governing body, all activities of the municipality relating to the control and prevention of shade tree diseases. He or she shall recommend to the governing body the details of the program for the control of Dutch elm disease and perform the duties incident to such a program adopted by the governing body.
