§ 152.02 INTENT.
   The intent of this chapter is to protect and preserve the trees, plants, and shrubs within the city thereby enhancing the aesthetic and property value, safety, and general welfare of the citizens. Herein, the responsibilities of the property owner, the city, and the administrators are defined.
