§ 151.06 NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS.
   Upon determination that an unsafe sidewalk, non-compliant curb and gutter, or driveway exists, the City Finance Officer shall deliver a written notice to property owners to be served personally or by return receipt mail.
