§ 32.21 CHIEF OF POLICE.
   The Police Chief shall provide leadership, direction, and management of the Police Department and shall be under the supervision of the City Administrator. The Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe Contract Administrator will work with the City Administrator to ensure contract compliance.
