(A) The fireworks, as set out in this subchapter, shall only be sold during the period beginning June 27 and extending through July 5 and during the period beginning December 28 and extending through January 1.
(B) The sale of fireworks is not permitted after 12:00 a.m. or prior to 7:00 a.m. from June 27 through July 5 and from December 28 through January 1.
(C) The sale of toy cap pistols and toy caps may be sold at any time.
