§ 32.07 ORGANIZATION.
   The members of the Commission shall elect from among themselves one person to serve as Chairperson, one to serve as Vice Chairperson, and one to serve as Secretary. Each office is held for one year and the initial terms shall expire at the end of the second calendar year that the Commission is organized.
