(A) No person shall disturb or cause to be disturbed the peace of the city or of any person:
(1) By violent, threatening, or offensive behavior;
(2) By loud or unreasonable noise;
(3) By language reasonably calculated to provoke an immediate breach of the peace;
(4) By assaulting, striking, or attempting to assault or strike another person; and/or
(5) By inviting or defying another person to fight or by fighting.
(B) No person in possession and present in any premises shall disturb or cause or allow to be disturbed the peace by loud or unreasonable noise
