§ 32.01 CREATION.
   There is hereby created and established in and for the city a Public Safety Commission, or Commission, for the purpose of advising the city and, in the event that the city has an agreement with the Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe (FSST) to provide law enforcement services, the FSST in all community relation issues with the city’s Police Department.
