§ 112.02 APPLICATION.
   An application for a sidewalk café permit shall be filed with the Finance Officer for consideration by the City Council. There shall be a one-time application fee of $25. The application shall include a site plan which identifies the location of tables, chairs, awnings, umbrellas, trash receptacles, heaters, barricades, and landscapes features as applicable.
