(A) License. It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in business as a pawnbroker within the city without first obtaining a license so to do.
(B) Applying for license. All persons wishing to apply for a license to be a pawnbroker within the city shall complete the application prepared for that purpose.
(C) Fee. The license for a pawnbroker shall be $100 per year.
(D) Bond. Any pawnbroker doing business in the city shall first post a surety bond in the amount of at least $1,000.
