§ 93.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CEMETERY. Union Cemetery, Flandreau, Moody County, South Dakota.
   CITY. City of Flandreau, Moody County, South Dakota.
   CITY ADMINISTRATOR. The chief administrative officer for the City of Flandreau as established in § 31.01 of the Flandreau Municipal Ordinance.
   FINANCE OFFICER. The appointed financial officer for the City of Flandreau.
   MAYOR. The elected presiding officer of the Flandreau City Council and the executive head of the City of Flandreau.
   STATE. State of South Dakota.
