§ 90.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Violation of this chapter may result in the impoundment of the animals if such is required by this chapter. Upon conviction thereof, the owner of any animal may be punished according to the general punishment provisions of the city’s revised code.
