Unless otherwise determined and announced, regular meetings of the governing body shall be held in the City Council Chambers, 1005 W. Elm Avenue, Flandreau, South Dakota, on the first and third Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Special meetings may be called at any time by the Mayor to consider such matters as may be mentioned in the call for the meeting.
