§ 90.075 REPORT OF SUSPECTED CASES.
   Any person who shall suspect that any animal in the city is infected with rabies shall report said animal to the animal control officer or the local law enforcement by describing the animal and giving the name and address of the owner if known. Anytime the animal control officer or any law enforcement officer suspects an animal within the city is infected with rabies, the city may require it to be impounded for observation as hereinafter provided.
