§ 90.062 IMPOUNDMENT AND EUTHANIZATION.
   (A)   Impoundment. The city, at the owner or keeper’s expense, may impound the vicious animal until such time as all provisions outlined in this subchapter are complied with.

   (B)   Euthanization. If the conditions in this subchapter are not complied with, the owner shall euthanize the animal in a humane manner. Proof of euthanasia shall be filed with the city office.
