§ 90.061 INSURANCE AND LICENSING.
   (A)   Insurance. The owner shall carry a minimum of $250,000 in liability insurance for the purpose of covering the medical and/or veterinary costs resulting from the vicious actions or any other damages the animal may do or cause to be done. Proof of such insurance shall be filed with the Chief of Police.

   (B)   Licensing requirements. The owner shall comply with the licensing requirements of the city ordinances and present proof of a current rabies vaccination.
