§ 74.01 STREET CROSSING.
   (A)   No pedestrian shall cross a roadway at any place other than by a route at right angles to the curb at an intersection with a marked or unmarked crosswalk.
   (B)   A pedestrian may cross the roadway at a place other than an intersection provided that there is a marked crosswalk.
