§ 73.24 NOTICE OF ACCIDENT.
   The operator of a snowmobile involved in an accident resulting in injuries to or death of any person or property damage in an estimated amount of $100 or more, some person acting for him or her, or the owner of the snowmobile having knowledge of the accident shall immediately, by the quickest means of communication, notify the law enforcement of the city, a state police officer or officers, or the Sheriff’s office of the county.
