(A) No person may operate a snowmobile on a city street:
(1) At a rate of speed greater than is reasonable and proper having due regard for conditions then existing and in no event in excess of 20 mph;
(2) While under the influence of intoxicating liquor or narcotic drugs, barbital, or any derivative of barbital;
(3) Except while proceeding to and returning from the city limits by the most direct route from his or her home or place where said snowmobile is garaged;
(4) In any cemetery;
(5) On private property without consent of the property owner or his or her agent; and/or
(6) With more than one passenger on a snowmobile.
(B) Any person operating a snowmobile on a city street must:
(1) Come to a complete stop at all traffic controlled intersections;
(2) Travel as close to the right edge of the plowed area of the street as practical;
(3) Obey all traffic signals, signs, and devices; and
(4) Yield the right-of-way to all other traffic and pedestrians.
