§ 73.07 PARKING.
   (A)   No person shall park a bicycle against any window or parking meter or on the main traveled portion of the sidewalk or in such manner as to constitute a hazard to pedestrians, traffic, and/or property.
   (B)   Notwithstanding division (A) above, when bicycle parking spaces have been established and designated, no person shall park a bicycle in the vicinity thereof except in such bicycle parking spaces.
